TERMS OF SERVICE — ROYAL KIRTI TRAVELS

Welcome to Royal Kirti Travels. By booking our cab or tour services you agree to the following terms.

1. BOOKINGS & CONFIRMATION
   All bookings are confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from Royal Kirti Travels on WhatsApp (+91 98280 21603). Verbal or unconfirmed bookings are not guaranteed.
2. PRICING
   All prices quoted are per vehicle, not per person.

OUTSTATION TOUR PACKAGES (Jaipur to Agra, Jaipur to Jodhpur, Jaipur to Jaisalmer, Jaipur to Udaipur, Ranthambore Safari, Golden Triangle, and all other outstation destinations):
Quoted prices include fuel charges, driver charges, toll charges, and parking charges. No additional toll or parking charges will be levied on the customer for outstation tour packages. Monument entry fees are not included unless specifically mentioned at the time of booking.

LOCAL JAIPUR SIGHTSEEING TOURS (Jaipur full day sightseeing, Jaipur half day sightseeing, Jaipur sunset tour, and all other local Jaipur city tours):
Quoted prices include fuel charges and driver charges only. Parking charges at each monument or sightseeing location are payable directly by the customer at the actual parking area. Monument entry fees are not included. Approximate parking charges for a full day Jaipur sightseeing tour are ₹300 to ₹400 depending on the locations visited.

3. PAYMENT
   No advance payment is required for most bookings. Payment is made directly to the driver on completion of the trip via cash or UPI. For multi-day tours, partial advance payment may be requested at the time of booking confirmation.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
   Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the trip start time. Cancellations within 24 hours may attract a cancellation charge equivalent to one hour of the booked cab rate. No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full quoted price.
5. DRIVER & VEHICLE
   Royal Kirti Travels will assign a suitable vehicle from our fleet based on your booking. The exact vehicle model may differ from the booked category but will be of equivalent or higher capacity. All drivers hold valid commercial driving licenses and have been background verified.
6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
   Customers are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the journey. Royal Kirti Travels is not liable for loss or damage to personal property. Customers must inform us of any special requirements including wheelchair assistance, extra luggage, or child seats at the time of booking.
7. CHANGES TO ITINERARY
   Any changes to the agreed itinerary, route, or timing during the trip may attract additional charges based on extra kilometres or waiting time. Please discuss any changes with your driver and confirm the additional cost before proceeding.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
   Royal Kirti Travels is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control including road closures, extreme weather, government restrictions, strikes, or natural disasters. We will make every effort to inform customers as soon as possible in such cases.
9. COMPLAINTS
   Any complaints regarding our service must be reported to us on WhatsApp (+91 98280 21603) or email (royalkirtitravels@gmail.com) within 24 hours of the trip completion. We will respond within 48 hours.
10. GOVERNING LAW
    These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
